Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel's location was perfect for visiting the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. The reception staff were super helpful and even stored our bags after checkout. Breakfast options were limited, but overall, we loved our stay.
One downside was that housekeeping could improve. some dirty glasses weren't replaced during our stay, which was a bit off-putting.

Meninas, Boutique Opera provided a lovely stay. The location is fantastic. just a short walk to the Royal Palace and Gran Via. The room was large, newly renovated, and had a comfortable bed, which made for great nights. The staff were friendly and really helpful. they stored our luggage after check-out, which was a big plus. The breakfast had a diverse selection, but the area felt a bit cramped during busy times. The Wi-Fi in the suite was quite poor and only worked intermittently. Overall, I enjoyed my time here despite some connectivity issues.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes from the metro and major attractions like the Royal Palace. The staff demonstrated outstanding service, especially the receptionist who kindly stored our luggage after we checked out. Enjoyed the homemade biscuits during breakfast, which added a nice personal touch to the stay. The room could have been slightly larger, but it was comfortable nonetheless.
